In the early days of my "conversion" EcoBio I tried several alternative methods of washing hair, which I think many of you already know, but maybe there is someone who still does not know how Avoiding shampoo commercial experiencing a bit 'of alternative ingredients. Sure you have some 'curiosity and the desire to try something new:)
For those who know them already, you can skip the article at the bottom of
;-)
= COW Conditioner Only Wash ;
E ' a wash with the conditioner instead of shampoo : you have to wet hair, cover your head with a lot' of balm and massage after a few minutes you can rinse. This method is less aggressive because in this conditioning balm (the one that unravels, which is a cationic surfactant) has a little power washing compared to other types of surfactants.
better to use a light conditioner and the most recommended is the balm Splendor coconut because it costs a pittance and the cow it consumes a lot. It would be nice to use a conditioner EcoBio but for the amount that it uses for the cow, just not expedient economically ... spignattate course if the problem does not arise; P
I recommend this method to those who have dry hair (and not very domabile), you know that my hair is exactly the opposite so I was fine because we were never clean enough.
I think it is particularly suitable for those who are forced to wash their hair often.

the chickpea flour
The chickpea flour was my first shampoo alternative and when I went to buy it with my boyfriend explaining my intent, his comment was: "One day laugh about that." After two years, has grown accustomed to my "oddities" cosmetic: D
Small autobiographical note aside, the chickpea flour is best suited for hair washing and cleaning especially for absorption of fat (if there are of saponins, the amount is minimal).
is mixed with a little bit 'of water to form a spreadable pap that you can add vinegar or essential oils best suited to your hair for perfume ... and it is needed, because it usually stays in my head also the smell of flour to dry hair: a small side effect.
Apart from that, the hair is clean but as an image, there is no conditioning effect so you might want to pass after the balm.
Following the first tests, however, the chickpea flour, I used to Farinata (among other things, you know they are reluctant to use food for cosmetic purposes except for a few rare exceptions such as honey) .
Ghassoul
The so-called clay saponifera but not because it contains no saponin, cleans as also for absorption. As the flour is mixed with water to get the same old pap from leave on the head. Again, you can add vinegar or essential oils.
I once tried to mix it with linseed gel, but even if it was semi-liquid, the mixture was homogeneous and did not wash a cabbage.
is not a method that I was totally satisfied because we will remain excited about my hair, although clean, and then there is no escape from the balm.
be used as a mask for the face instead, it is excellent because it does not dry and cleans up very well.
Shikakai and Aritha / Areetha
Almost two weeks that I only wash my hair with them, I tried to use not only water but also by mixing them with a kind of decoction by filtering a little 'dust.
But I really do not last very clean ... maybe something wrong? Probably.
Of all the herbs I am Indian, I much prefer the other to be used simply as a compress.
At the end of the fair direi che ho provato un bel po' di cose sulla mia testa tranne l'opzione uova e Rhum che proprio non mi va ed anche le lenticchie rosse che vi segnalo come ulteriore idea... ma nonostante tutte queste prove, torno sempre al mio fedele shampoo con i tensioattivi (poi lo sapete che ho prodotto uno shampoo di cui sono molto soddisfatta e fiera :D) per la comodità, per la piacevolezza d'uso (vogliamo mettere una morbida schiuma con una cremetta dal colore improbabile? ;) ) e ebbene sì, anche per il profumo! E' tutta questione di pigrizia in fondo... ma se riuscite ad essere più brave di me, non è detto che fra questi metodi alternativi non ci sia quello che fa per voi, d'altronde ci are many people who have greatly reduced the use of traditional shampoo - I do not have it deleted ehehe - and I am very satisfied.
Now it's up to you ;-) and let me know how brave you are!
Or if you regularly use any of these methods are open to any advice :-)
